From 2026, all foreign applicants are required to register, submit documents, and apply via Gosuslugi.

Follow the guide how to do it:

Step 1. Download the ruID app. It is available on App Store, Google Play, RuStore, and AppGallery.

Step 2. Upon opening the app, select your preferred language: English, Arabic, Chinese, etc. Register directly through the app by following the prompts.

Step 3. Submit an Entry Application: After logging in, complete the application for entry into the Russian Federation. You must do this no later than 72 hours before your planned travel. After submission, you will receive a QR code, which you will need to present at the border.

Step 4. Next submit your application via Gosuslugi: Create a standard account on Gosuslugi. 

Step 5. Use the Apply for University Online Service. Log in to your account on the Gosuslugi portal or the ruID app. Navigate to the «Apply for University Online» super-service. Fill in the electronic application form, selecting the «Almazov National Medical Research Centre» as your university of choice. Download all required documents. Track the status of your application directly through your personal account on the portal.
